ACTING AS AN ACTIVE PARTNER
CEIP is made up of a group of „industrialists", both former managers and owners of industrial companies.
The CEIP team, thanks to its previous engagements, expertise and established network of contacts, has the ability to develop companies both in terms of business and operations. For each portfolio company, an Operating Partner from the CEIP team is appointed. This partner is then actively involved in the management of the company on a daily basis.

Contrary to many strategic investors, CEIP ensures continuity of the family brand and preservation of the jobs in the region.
CEIP's intention is to develop top Czech and Central European companies and enable them to grow into major players on the domestic and international markets. This includes preserving their role within their region.
DEVELOPING COMPANIES TOGETHER WITH THE OWNERS
CEIP develops companies together with their owners / founders. CEIP prefers a set up where initially the owners keep a stake and further participate in the growth of the company. Investment into a 100% share is not the preferred approach.
Depending on the specific situation, the management of the company may also be involved in the ownership structure.
COMPLEX PERCEPTION OF COMPANY VALUE
Unlike many Private Equity funds and financial investors, CEIP does not value companies purely on historical statements and financial results. As part of the valuation, CEIP also takes into account potential for further growth.
